Field Sales Representative

Compensation: Base Salary (Starting from $42000 per year + Commission)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B contract sales, with specific experience in the security services industry. This role is critical to our growth strategy, focusing on identifying new opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue through contractual agreements.

This position offers a flexible schedule, a competitive base salary, and a commission structure tied to contract value and duration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Growth: Identify and pursue strategic business opportunities in the B2B contract security sector, unarmed security services.
  • Lead Generation & Management: Develop leads through company-provided resources and self-generated opportunities. Manage sales pipelines and reporting using HubSpot CRM (or similar platforms).
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Understand client needs and present tailored security solutions aligned with Central Protection Services’ mission.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Serve as the primary contact for negotiations, proposals, and ongoing service satisfaction.
  • Proposal Development: Create and present professional proposals that align with client requirements and company offerings.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities to support company expansion.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with executive management to design and implement strategies that meet revenue targets and strengthen our business development efforts.
  • Networking: Represent Central Protection Services at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B contract sales experience, preferably in security services or service based industry.
  • Strong understanding of the security guard industry.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) for lead management and reporting.
  • Demonstrated consultative sales skills with proven ability to close contracts.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Documented track record of successful deal closures, including strategies and outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience securing large-scale contracts in security or related industries.
  • Proven record of exceeding sales targets in a commission-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not required).
